darien and i take turns waking up with dj [in the morning]
he wakes up with him when i’m working so i can sleep in
and i wake up with him on my days off so darien can rest
well, on my days dj wakes up at 5 and 6 in the morning
on darien’s days dj wakes up at 9 and 10am
so here is it, 7 am and i’ve been up for nearly 2 hours now
and am struggling to keep my eyes open
while the boy is wide eyed and ready to play
this is so unfair
i just recently seen the cornfield/buried alive scene in the movie casino
and i must say, i was and still am quite disturbed
i have seen this movie a dozen times and for some reason i have always
missed that horrific scene
i think it was because i wasn’t suppose to see it…
yeah, yeah, i know…it’s just a movie but it just seemed so real
all i was thinking about is how awful it would be to
a.) watch my sibling be beaten to [almost] death by bats
b.) watch them throw her body into a hole in the ground
c.) know that i’m next
honestly, i think watching anything horrible happen to my sister would be the worst
bought zoe hairball control cat food on monday…
now her hairball vomiting has increased from once a week to twice a day

“you look ethiopian, you must hear that alot..
(then to his friend) -i guess i owe you $10.” -guy at bar
“honestly, i’ve never heard that (i look ethiopian)” -me
“you should be flattered…take it as a compliment.” -g.a.b.
then he pays his tab and he and his friend leave
wtf?
if your child falls asleep early in the afternoon and has not woken up by 8pm, WAKE HIS BUTT UP!
-sidenote, i made this mistake yesterday when dj fell asleep at 5pm while we were on a walk and decided since he seemed so exhausted i would let him sleep….well, he slept soundly until 4AM THIS MORNING!!!!!
i have entered him into a baby contest!
i have just RE-injured my broken pinkie toe :(
